CORN CHICKEN ROLLS UP

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken breast pieces2, boiled
Capsicum 1 medium
Carrot1 medium
Corns1/2 cup
Saltto taste
Chinese salt1/2 tsp
Red chili sauce1 tsp
Soya sauce1 tsp
Black pepper1 tsp
White pepper1/2 tsp
All spice powder/ garam masala1/4 tsp
Oil1 -2 tbsp
Roll wraps or egg rolls as needed

METHOD:

  • Boil chicken and shred it.
  • Cut carrot and capsicum finely.
  • In a pan add oil and chicken, add all spices and vegetables. Mix well.

  • Fry in oil and drain excess oil on paper towel.
