My mother serve this chutney with dahi bara ar dahi phulki, I saw her making in a large quantity. She always stored in bottles for months. I use this in chats also even in chana chat or lobia chat.
INGREDIENTS:
imli /termarind 1/2 cup
sugar 4 tsp or to taste
salt
crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
zeera /cumin crushed 1/4 tsp
black salt 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
In a pan add all ingredients with 1 cup water and cook it till soft ,now let it cool n remove seeds from mixture , grind it for few seconds….serve with any kind of kebabs….
