Very easy and delicious. In no time you can make these. You can store in freezer and just fry when needed. Healthy snack for your family.
INGREDIENTS:
Boil chicken | 1 cup |
Carrot | 1 |
Cauliflower | 1/2 cup |
Potato | 1 |
Peas | 1/2 cup |
Onion | 1 chopped |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Green chilies | 2 |
Coriander leaves | 2 tbsp |
Cumin seeds, roasted | 1 tsp |
Whole coriander | 1 tsp |
Red chili flakes | 1 tsp |
All spice powder | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | to tatse |
Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
Eggs | 2, beaten |
Crumbs | as needed |
Oil | for frying |
METHOD:
- Boil all veggies.
- In chopper add all ingredients including chicken and chop.
- Make kebabs, dip in egg and roll in crumbs.
- Fry in oil.
- Serve with sauce.
