Cumin seeds, roasted1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Red chili flakes1 tsp
All spice powder1/2 tsp
Saltto tatse
Lemon juice1 tsp
Eggs2, beaten
Crumbsas needed
Oilfor frying

METHOD:

  • Boil all veggies.
  • In chopper add all ingredients including chicken and chop.
  • Make kebabs, dip in egg and roll in crumbs.
  • Fry in oil.
