INGREDIENTS:
Raisins | 1/4 cup |
Dates (pitted, soaked one hour and drained) |
1cup |
Anise Seeds (ground) | 1 tsp |
Peanuts (ground) | 1/2 cup |
Dried Figs (quartered and soaked in warm water and drained) |
1/2 cup |
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients except peanuts into food processor with and process until a paste is formed.
- Roll this paste into balls and then roll balls over ground peanut pieces.
- Cover and refrigerate until served.
