This recipe is different from basic recipe of Naan Khatai, first time i have tried this and loved the taste of these small cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour | 1 cup |
Gram flour | 1/2 cup |
Semolina | 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 3/4 cup grinded |
Cardamom | 3-4 |
Oil | 3/4 cup |
Pistachio | for garnish |
METHOD:
- Grind sugar with cardamom.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients and knead with water.
- Make small balls and place on baking tray press with hand and sprinkle pistachio on top.
- Bake at 180c for 15 minutes or till brown.
- Remove from oven and let them cool down.
- Serve with tea.
