I am sharing my tips here first.
- Place cream in freezer for 15 minutes before use.
- Beat first than add icing sugar and liquid color.
- If you have powder color, mix in 1/2 tsp water and add in cream.
- In most of the cities Whipy whip cream is not available which chef has shown ask from bakeries from your cities for packed whip cream, this imported cream is available these days.
