Kids like potatoes of all type and shapes, if you will make these rolls for them I am sure they will not only like these creamy stuffed rolls but also will ask you to make them everyday 🙂
INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE SAUCE:
Butter | 2 tbsp |
Flour | 2 tbsp |
Salt | to taste |
Black pepper | 1 tsp |
Milk | 1cup |
Chicken, shredded | 1 cup |
Carrot chopped | 2 tbsp |
Capsicum chopped | 2 tbsp |
METHOD:
- In a pan add butter and flour. Stir for few seconds.
- Now add Chicken and stir again.
- Add salt and pepper, mix well.
- Add milk and stir constantly. Add capsicum and carrot.
- Mix till become thick.
- Set aside.
INGREDIENTS FOR ROLLS:
Potatoes, boiled | 6-7 |
Salt | to tatse |
Black pepper | 1 tsp |
Bread crumbs | as needed |
Eggs | 2 |
METHOD:
- Boil potatoes and mash them fine. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Now make a patti of potato and place white sauce in the center and cover with mash potatoes from all sides.
- Roll in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- deep fry them.
- Serve with sauce.
- Enjoy in Iftar or with evening tea.
