Give your kid a healthy and full of nutrition snack. Pack these in their lunch box or you can serve with your evening tea as well.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast pieces | 2, boiled |
Capsicum | 1 medium |
Carrot | 1 medium |
Corns | 1/2 cup |
Salt | to taste |
Chinese salt | 1/2 tsp |
Red chili sauce | 1 tsp |
Soya sauce | 1 tsp |
Black pepper | 1 tsp |
White pepper | 1/2 tsp |
All spice powder/ garam masala | 1/4 tsp |
Oil | 1 -2 tbsp |
Roll wraps or egg rolls | as needed |
METHOD:
- Boil chicken and shred it.
- Cut carrot and capsicum finely.
- In a pan add oil and chicken, add all spices and vegetables. Mix well.

- Fry in oil and drain excess oil on paper towel.
