This recipe is very simple and delicious, I have used oil which made these cupcakes light and soft. You can make cake with the same recipe. You can bake these cupcakes with your kids too because this is no fail recipe. I enjoyed baking with my niece Hadia Mati, who is enthusiastic young chef, She is just 9 years old but very energetic chef 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
Flour | 1 and 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 1 cup, grind it |
Cocoa | 1/2 cup |
Salt | pinch |
Baking soda | 1 tsp |
Eggs | 2 |
Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Hot water | 1/2 cup |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Essence | 1 tsp |
METHOD:
- Preheat oven at 150c. Grease cupcake liner.
- In a bowl sift flour, baking soda, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
- Add water, essence, oil, vinegar in flour mixture and mix well with hand whisk.
- Pour into cupcake cases and bake at 180c till done.
- Ready to serve 🙂
