Most favorite pizza of all Pakistanis, my husband specially likes this one… he thinks that no other pizza topping can beat the taste of BBQ/Tikka topping and he is not wrong…:)
MARINATION FOR CHICKEN TIKKA:
Chicken | 1/2 kg |
Salt | as desired |
Black Pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Powder Red Chillies | 1-1/2 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1/2 tsp |
Crushed Zeera | 1/2 tsp |
Lemon Juice | 2 tbsp |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 1/2 tsp |
Yogurt | 2 tbsp |
Yellow Food Color | 1/4 tsp |
METHOD:
Marinate all ingredients in chicken for 1-2 hour and bake it at 18c. You can cook in a pan and give smoke, I usually do the same.
ASSEMBLING OF PIZZA:
Place dough on pan and spread pizza sauce on dough then sprinkle cheese on it then chicken, onion (small pieces), capsicum and sprinkle cheese again and bake it for 20 mins.
