Today i am sharing a desi style recipe with oats. Yes, you can make haleem from oats and enjoy with your family 🙂

One recipe is with homemade spices and other one is with ready made Haleem Masala.

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken with bones or breast pieceless than 1/2 kg or 2 breasts
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Oil3-4 tbsp
Oats1 cup
Coriander seeds2 tbsp
Dried chilies2-3
Cardamom1/2 tbsp
Cloves2
Cinnamon stick1 piece
Cumin seeds1 tsp
Coriander leaves and green chiliesas needed
Chat Masalaas needed
Onion1 medium, sliced
Saltto taste
Red chili powder1 tsp

Chicken 4-5 pieces with bones.
Chicken broth/ stock2 cups
Instant Oats1/2 cup
Haleem masala2-3 tbsp or to taste
Olive Oil / vegetable oil2 tbsp
Green coriander and chiliesas needed
