This recipe I have specially created for KNORR, I am hosting a contest for Knorr and as a host I contributed in a form of recipe in which i have used KNORR WRAP MIX. Which you can use in number of fillings and for giving a different taste to your dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
| Chicken breasts | 2 |
| Potato | 1 large |
| Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Red chili flakes | 1/2 tsp |
| Knorr mix | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Egg | 1, beaten |
| Bread crumbs | as needed |
METHOD:
- In a chopper add chicken, salt, pepper, Knorr Mix and red chili flakes. Chop well.
- Grate potato and mix in chicken mince.
- Make long thin sticks and dip in egg and coat crumbs.
- Fry on medium flame till light brown.
- Serve with ketchup.
- Enjoy.
