Broccoli contains certain chemicals that may reduce the risk of cancer. Broccoli is considered a good source of nutrients because it is rich in vitamin C, carotenoids (vitamin A-like substances), fiber, calcium, and folate. Broccoli is also a source of many substances called phytochemicals, or plant chemicals, that may have anticancer properties.

|Black Pepper (crushed)
- In a pan add stock and washed broccoli head, salt and pepper and cook till broccoli is tender.
- In a blender blend it and again transfer in pan and let it cook for few minutes.
- In the end add cheese and serve hot.
