This recipe is super dooper easy and no fail. Perfect for all occasions. Soft and delicious almond cake you can serve as it is or with cream topping.
INGREDIENTS:
Plain Flour | 16 tbsp |
Sugar | 16 tbsp |
Butter | 200 gms |
Eggs | 4 |
Baking powder | 2 tsp |
Almond , crushed | 100 gms |
Khoya | 4 tbsp |
Milk | 1/4 cup |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
METHOD:
- Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 100c.
- Beat butter and sugar till creamy
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add honey, khoya, almond (roughly chopped) and milk , mix well.
- Mix baking powder and flour. Add in egg mixture.
- Pour in mold and bake for 30-40 minute at 180c.
