nargasi-kebab-mThis recipe is taught by a friend and Its an inspiration from Nargisi koftas. Difference is mince mixture which I have used in kebabs. Serve these kebabs with Green Chatney or yogurt mint sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

Beef / mutton boneless1/2 kg , cut in cubes
Gram lentil/ chana dal1 cup
All spice powder/ garam masala1 tbsp
Saltto taste
Whole red chilies6-7
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Onion1 medium, sliced
Egg1, for adding in mince
Hard boiled eggs4-5
Coriander leaves1/4 cup
Mint leaves2-3 tbsp
Green chilies chopped2-3

METHOD:

  • In a pot add all ingredients and cook till meat and lentil tender.
  • Let the water dries and cool completely.
  • Now chop it and add eggs, coriander and mint leaves and green chopped chilies.
  • Mix well and set aside.
  • Boil eggs and remove skin.
  • Cover the egg with mince and Fry in shallow oil.

  • Serve with Raita or chatney.
