One of my relatives served this chat to us once. I liked the idea of mixing all beans as they are full of energy. Those who want to reduce weight , can try this in their lunch.

INGREDIENTS:

All Types of Lobia (white, kidney, dark red) 1/2 kg
Boiled Potatoes (cut in cubes) 2 medium
Onion (sliced) 1 large
Imli Ki Methi Chatney as desired
Salt as desired
Crushed Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Hara Dhania as desired
Podina as desired
Hari Mirch as desired

METHOD:

  • Boil the lobia and leave little amount of water in it.
  • In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well
  • Serve with papri……
