The ultimate summer quencher, lemonade or lemo pani is refreshing as it is, but can be wonderfully lightened with fresh mint.Mint is good for skin also.
INGREDIENTS:
Lemon juice | 1/2 cup |
Mint | few leaves |
Sugar syrup | 1/4 cup |
Cold water | 2 glass |
Ice |
METHOD:
- Make sugar syrup.(1/4 cup sugar dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water, let it cool completely)
- Combine syrup and mint leaves and with wooden spoon muddle mint leaves gently.
- Pour water and lemon juice and ice.
- Ready to serve.
