INGREDIENTS:
Meida | 1.5 cups |
Atta | 1/2 cup |
Ghee/Oil | 2 tbsp |
Salt | as desired |
Water | as desired for kneading |
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients and knead well.
- Set a side for 2 hours.
- Make a roti and spread ghee then roll and make a parah.
- Roll it again and make paratha.
- Fry in ghee.
