INGREDIENTS:

Meida 1.5 cups
Atta 1/2 cup
Ghee/Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as desired
Water as desired for kneading

METHOD:

  • Mix all ingredients and knead well.
  • Set a side for 2 hours.
  • Make a roti and spread ghee then roll and make a parah.
  • Roll it again and make paratha.
  • Fry in ghee.
