This beautiful cake is made by Saubia Sohail. She designed this cake very neatly and Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s portrait shows her hard work. She is the second winner of Vim contest.

INGREDIENTS:
Butter 6 oz
Sugar 6 oz
Flour 6 oz
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Baking powder 1. 5 tsp
Milk 1\4 cup
Green food color
Method:
Beat butter till creamy then add sugar and beat well .
Add eggs one by one and beat well . Add one tbsp of flour after each egg .
Add vanilla essence and remaining flour and fold with spatula or use beater at slow speed .
Add milk alternatively with flour and pour this mix in greased pan .
Bake it in preheated oven for 30 – 35 min at 180 degrees .
Make four cakes two green and two plane .
Cut each cake in three rings and set them in alternate colors .
Layer up all cakes and cover with cream.
Draw the image on butter paper draw with cream on it and cool it then put it on cake and transfer it on cake .
Decorate it with cream .
