In summer season this chutney I use as a side dish with rice dishes ,I like to serve with Tahiri . Along with haradhania and podina the taste of tomatoes you will find different. This recipe i saw in a cooking show , from then this yummy recipe is a part of my menu list.
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander /hara dhania 1/2 cup
Mint/podina 1/4 cup
Tomato 1 medium size
Cumin seeds/zeera 1 tsp
garlic clove 1 large
salt
Termarind/imli pulp 1/4 cup
METHOD:
In a blender add all ingredients and blend them without using water, make a paste and serve…..You can adjust sour taste of imli according to your taste.
