This recipe you can make on any occasion. Very easy and delicious. Filling you can use in any other recipe of buns or bread, this filling is different from my other fillings recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Pizza dough | as needed |
Chicken boiled and shredded | 1 cup |
Cabbage shredded | 1/2 cup |
Carrot shredded | 1/2 cup |
Capsicum | 1/2 cup |
Garlic cloves | 3 chopped |
Soya sauce | 2 tbsp |
Vinegar | 2 tbsp |
Slat | to taste |
Black pepper | 1 tsp |
Chinese salt | 1/2 tsp |
Oil | 1/4 cup |
METHOD:

- Leave the dough for 2 hours and then prepare filling.
- In oil add garlic and sauté add all ingredients and cook on high flame.
- Let it cool down and then divide dough in equal parts.
- Roll one part and place filling then seal the edges.
- With kitchen knife start cutting from one side. Do not cut deeply. Prepare all.
- Brush egg on top and bake at 180c till done.
