IMG_0749mainGive this fat burner drink a try…It just may work for you! My Friend Rabia ,who is using this drink ( now a days i am using this daily) is really impressed with the result.
She has not changed any of her eating habits or exercise routine in addition to drinking the lemon juice and honey remedy for weight loss. She is taking this twice a day, just after waking and just before she goes to bed and she lost 5 kgs in a week.
Isn’t it amazing.So i have decided to share this with you all too.

INGREDIENTS:

Water1/2 cup
Honey1 tbsp
Lemon1 small.

METHOD:

  • Take 1/2 cup of water and microwave it for 20 seconds.
  • Squeeze lemon in it then add honey and stir well.
  • Drink it before taking breakfast and then at night before sleeping.

    1. Watch what you eat..means not to eat fatty food or too much desert on regular basis and 20-25 minutes workout is very necessary.
