Its not a difficult job to start developing healthy eating habits. Include 2 cups of veggies and 2 cups of fruit for a day. Include vegetable, fruits, whole grain, beans, peas, lentils in your daily diet and limit highly processed foods.
INGREDIENTS:
cucumber | 1 |
Feta cheese or cottage | 3 oz |
Capsicum and carrot, thinly cut | 2 tbsp |
Olives, chopped | 2-3 |
Fresh parsley | 1 tsp |
Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
Black pepper | a fat pinch |
METHOD:
- Slice cucumber length wise with a vegetable peeler.
- In a bowl mix yogurt (2 tbsp) and cheese together with a fork. Mix all other ingredients. ( I have added cabbage too)
- Place a spoonful of mixture on one side of cucumber and roll it.
- Secure with toothpick .
- Serve.

2-3 hours i will recommend, bc of yogurt 🙂
