The English name for Chikoo is sapodilla, noseberry, mudapples. Chikoo is beneficial for health you can make smoothies, shakes or ice creams from this fruit. Chikoo contains a number of minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, copper and potassium as well as the Vitamins A, C, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid and folate.
INGREDIENTS:
Chikoo | 3 medium size |
Milk | 1 glass |
Sugar | 3 tbsp or to taste |
Cream | 1 tbsp |
METHOD:
- Peel off the skin and and remove seeds.
- Add Chikoo, sugar, milk and cream. Blend it well.
- Add crushed ice and serve immediately.
