Chikoo contains a number of minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, copper and potassium as well as the Vitamins A, C, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid and folate.

INGREDIENTS:

Chikoo3 medium size
Milk1 glass
Sugar3 tbsp or to taste
Cream1 tbsp

METHOD:

  • Peel off the skin and and remove seeds.
  • Add Chikoo, sugar, milk and cream. Blend it well.
  • Add crushed ice and serve immediately.
