CARROT CAKE

Moist and flavorful carrot cake is one of the most famous cakes in the world. This is very balanced recipe, i have made cake with half quantities but the result was super dooper awesome.

INGREDIENTS:

Carrots 1/2 cup
Eggs4
Sugar1 1/4 cups (grind it)
Oil1 cup
Flour2 cups
Baking powder1 and 1/2 tsp
Baking soda1 tsp level
Saltpinch
Vanilla essencefew drops
Walnuts1/2 cup

METHOD:

  • Preheat oven at 150c. And grease pan.

  • Grate carrots.
  • In a large bowl , beat eggs and add sugar too. Beat till fluffy.

  • Now add oil and beat again .
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl then mix in egg mixture.
  • Now add walnuts and carrots. Mix with spatula.

  • Pour in pan.

  • Bake at 180c for 25 mins.

  • Cool completely n spread cream cheese frosting.
  • I have decorated with fondant carrots.

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Cream cheese8 oz
Butter1/4 cup
Icing sugar2 cups
Lemon zest1 tsp
Vanilla essencefew drops

METHOD:

  • Beat Cream cheese and butter.
  • Add icing sugar an beat till fluffy.
  • Add vanilla essence and lemon zest.
  •  Spread on cake.
