BUNDO KHAN- FRIED GOLA KEBABS


I usually make these gola kebabs with chicken mince , these are incredibly soft and delicious. Like all Bundo Khan recipes, this one is also a must try.

INGREDIENTS:

mince chicken or beef   1 kg

raw papaya    1 tsp

lal mirch    1 tbsp

kabab chini powder    1/2 tsp

pepri powder     1/2 tsp

garam masala powder     1/2 tsp

ginger garlic paste    2 tsp

salt

roasted n grinded zeera powder    1/2 tsp

meida    1 tbsp

brown onion      2(grind it)

ghee/oil   for frying

METHOD:

Add all ingredients in chopper and chop once, then keep in fridge for 1/2 hour ,now give them round shape and fry them then give them charcoal smoke….or bar b q them on coal……:)

serve with chatni raita and parathaz…….

    Peepri is actually called pipli in pakistan. In USA it is known as long pepper.
    Kabab chini is known as allspice which looks like whole black pepper.
