Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper, mustard paste, egg, garlic and lemon juice, oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce and chili sauce for 1/2 hour.
Coat fillets in dry flour and than dip in egg and shallow fry it.
Fry till tender but do not over cook.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan add chopped garlic, parsely and 1/22 tsp white pepper. Stir and remove immediately and pour over chicken fillet.
Make a white sauce.
In a pan add 2 tsp butter and 1 tsp oil, heat and add 2 tbsp plain flour. Stir for few seconds.
Add salt and black pepper to taste and 3/4 cup milk. Stir till thick. You can add cheese too. (optional)
Pour a spoon full sauce on steak and serve.
Serve steak with Fried Rice and Saute vegetables.
This recipe is very simple, You can make this pie with pizza dough or puff pastry. Flaky and crispy outside creamy and tasty filling inside will give you a very yummy feelings.
Chicken boiled and shredded
Red chili flakes

Puff pastry or pizza dough
In a pan add butter and onion, stir it for few seconds. Add flour and stir till raw smell remove.
Add chicken and mix well.
Now add chicken powder, salt, black pepper and crushed red chilies. Mix well.
Add chicken milk and stir well. Thick mixture will form.
Roll puff pastry or pizza dough.
Cut in squares.
Fold the corner and cut a strip as mentioned in pic.
Do this on opposite sides.
Place a spoon full of mixture in center and brush egg wash on all corners.
Overlap both sides.
Brush egg wash on top of pie, sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake at 180c till done.
Enjoy with ketchup or ant sauce.

Cooking Chocolate / Milk chocolate
Add 1/2 cup cream in chocolate and microwave it. You can melt chocolate on double boiler too. Melt chocolate and mix well.
Now whip cream(in my cream vanilla and sugar was added). Whip cream till peaks form.
Fold chocolate in cream.
Fill in pipping bag and make small servings.
Dust cocoa and serve chill.

Red chili powder
Chopped green chilies
Whole Spices Mix
1 -1/2 tbsp
Jaifal / Javtri powder
Ajino moto (optional)
All spice powder
Ginger garlic paste
1 -1/2 tbsp
Zarda / orange food colour
Soak rice for 20 minutes.
Boil rice and add salt, biryani essence, whole spices, Oil 2tbsp and vinegar 1 tbsp. Add rice and cook till half done . Now run cold water from rice to stop cooking process of rice.
You can cook Chicken gravy and than boil rice. Its up to you.
In a pot add 1 cup oil and add ginger garlic paste, saute for few minutes and add tomato paste.
Stir for few minutes and add chicken, stir.
Add salt to taste, Yogurt, red chili powder, ajino moto, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, white pepper, green chilli chopped, jaifal javitri, kewra essence, zarda colour, mix all well. let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add coriander and mint leaves and 1 cup water. Cook on high flame and add brown onion.
Cook till gravy become thick. Let water dry and add all spice powder and green chilies. Mix well. Do not over cook chicken.
Spread Boiled rice on top of gravy and cover with lid for 10-15 minutes.
Let it simmer on low flame.
Mix and serve with Raita and salad.

Gur ka Sharbat is one of a very famous drink here in Punjab. You can enjoy this anytime and quench your thrust. I am grateful to my two friends Alvina and Sadia , who told me this recipe. Try this in this hot Iftars.
Gur / Jaggery / shakar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Tukh Malanga/ Basil seeds as needed
Add water in jaggery. Leave it for few minutes and dissolve it.
Strain this solution. You can keep this in freezer for longer period of time.
Now add water according to your requirements and taste.
Soak basil seeds in water and leave it swell.
Add lemon juice and basil seeds in sharbat and serve chill with a lot of crushed ice.
Kurkuray chaat is an Instant hit recipe. If you want something Chatpata and mazedar than try this recipe. You can use any flavor of Kurkuray and give a surprise to your guests.
Kurkuray (any flavor) 2 large packets.
Chickpeas Boiled 1 cup
Yogurt beaten 1 cup
Tomato cut in small cubes 1
Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
Green chilies 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala as required
Tamarind Sweet sauce as required
Add salt in yogurt and mix well.
In a bowl add chickpeas , kurkure and toss them. Now pour yogurt on it.
Add onion rings, tomato, coriander, green chilies , sauce and chat masala.
Serve immediately, kurkure will become soggy with time.
Enjoy tasty Chat with family or friends.

Bread slices as needed or 8 slices
Mozzarella cheese , grate it.
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chili crushed 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Eggs 2 beaten
Bread crumbs as needed.
Make a paste of flour and water for sealing bread.
Ketchup for serving
Take fresh bread and with pin roll press it and remove edges.
Now in a bowl add all ingredients. and mix with light hands.
Place filling on bread and roll it. Seal with paste of flour and dip in egg. Coat crumbs and deep fry.
Do not fry on high flame.
Serve hot with Sauce.
GARLIC MAYO SAUCE:
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Freshly grind ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Icing sugar 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Mix all ingredients and serve with sticks.
This recipe of chat is one of the famous recipe of chat in Karachi. Last year I have tried it very first time. Now sharing this recipe in this Ramazan to add some flavor in your iftar. This recipe is taught by chef Shahid.
Chickpeas 1 cup
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
Tamarind 3/4 cup
Chat masala 1 tsp
Black salt 1tsp
Corn flour 4-5 tbsp.
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ajino moto/ chicken powder/ chicken cube 1 tbsp
Yellow food color/ zarda color 1/4 tsp
Boil chickpeas by adding salt and ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp in water. Cook till soft and tender. Leave 1-2 cups of water of boiled chickpeas.
Make Raita first. Add yogurt, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, salt, garlic clove 1, bread crumbs in a grinder and make smooth paste. Set aside. Bread crumbs will give thickness to your raita.
Now Tamarind/Imli Chutney. Soak Tamarind in 4 glass water and remove seeds, strain and separate pulp. Now add chat masala and black salt. Mix well. Set aside. You can make this and keep it in freezer for a month.
In a pot add oil , cumin powder, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and ajinomoto. Stir well add few drops of water too. Now add chickpeas with 1 cup water. Add food color.
Mix food color in water and mix in chickpeas. Cook till become thick.
Now pour in serving dish, sprinkle onion rings, Raita, Chutney, Papri, Chat masala and serve it.

Few years ago I have posted the recipe of Doodh Dolari in which I have used Rasgullas with cocktail fruits and nuts, It was super hit and appreciated by all. Now I am posting another delicious recipe which is quick and easy. Try is must.
Rafhan Vanilla Custard 2 tbsp
Rafhan Vanilla icecream powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 8tbsp or to taste
Milk 1 kg
RasGullas as required
Pistachio for garnish.
Boil milk and add sugar.
In a small bowl mix custard and ice cream powder in 1/2 cup cold milk.
Add this mixture in boiling milk.
Stir constantly. You can add more powder if required for thickness.
Arrange Rasgullas in a dish and garnish with pistachio.
When I first time saw this recipe I wasn’t sure about the taste of this combination. Resembling Kunafa. I tried it just to check but believe me it was a hit. Crunchy Vermecilli and aromatic kheer will grab attention of all.
INGREDIENTS OF CUPS:
Vermicelli 1/2 packet
Condensed milk 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Crush vermicelli and toast in a pan till light brown.
Add condensed milk and ghee. Mix well.
In a cupcake tray place aluminum foil and spread vermicelli evenly on cups. Do this fast.
Press with your hand and make cups.
Refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS OF KHEER:
Milk 1 kg
Rice powder 3-4 tbsp
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Sugar to taste
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Boil milk and add all ingredients, except rice powder.
Mix rice powder in water and add in milk.
Let it cook till become thick in consistency.
Let it cool completely.
Take out cups carefully before serving. Place on serving platter.
Pour Kheer in cups and garnish with nuts.

250 g or as required
Fruits, seasonal or use cocktail fruit
1 can or as required
Dry fruits (raisins, almond, pistachio)
1 packet, prepare and set
250 g, whipped
Jam e shiren
In 1 cup milk add Jam-e-shiren 2 tbsp and condensed milk, mix well. Set aside.
In a bowl or any serving dish pour prepared milk, 2-3 tbsp and rotate bowl, this process will set the cake with walls of the bowl.
Arrange cake slices on the bottom and sides of the bowl.
Cut fruits in small cubes or take cocktail tin, spread on cake layer.
Sprinkle raisin, almond, pistachio and a layer of jelly.
Again a layer of cake and sprinkle milk, spread fruit and desiccated coconut.
Now on top of fruits pour milk with spoon.
Beat cream till fluffy.
Spread cream on top.
Garnish with sprinkles.

Improves Complexion: Strawberry juice has skin lightening properties. It is effective in removing age spots and freckles.
Skin Toner: Strawberry can be used as a skin toner. Grind the strawberries to extract the juice. Mix two teaspoons of strawberry juice with 50 ml of rose water and refrigerate it. You can apply it instead of your regular skin toner to achieve wrinkle free, blemish free and younger looking skin.
Protection from Ultraviolet Radiation: Strawberry contains ellagic acid which, when applied topically protects the skin against the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays, which are primarily responsible for skin ageing.
Anti-ageing Properties: Vitamin C and other antioxidants present in strawberries prevent damage caused by free radicals to the skin and body. Free radicals occur during the process of transformation of food into energy. Free radicals accelerate the ageing process and vitamin C is effective in blocking the damage caused by free radicals.
Treatment of Acne: Vitamin C, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), salicylic acid and flavonoids in strawberries help in clearing acne and reducing oil.
Skin Repair: Vitamin C in strawberries enables the body to grow and repair its tissues as it is involved in making collagen, an important protein needed by the skin and other parts of the body and helps heal wounds more quickly.
Effective Foot Scrub: Strawberries can be effective in giving you soft and crack free feet. You can prepare a strawberry foot scrub by mashing 6 to 8 strawberries and mixing them with few drops of glycerin and grounded oats. Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. After taking them out, scrub gently with this mixture to exfoliate dead cells and rough skin. Wash off with clean cold water and moisturize your feet with any cold cream or foot cream.
Promotes Silky and Shiny Hair: Strawberries can add extra shine to your hair. For this purpose, mash 7 to 8 ripe strawberries and add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix it with the strawberry mash to make a smooth paste. Apply it over your hair and scalp and cover it with shower cap for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse your hair and shampoo as usual. This will act as a natural conditioner to give you instant natural shiny hair.
Strawberries for the Skin: Strawberries have Vitamin C which helps to keep the skin’s elasticity and helps regenerate new cells. It keeps skin young. Also the Ellagic acid in strawberries helps in keeping wrinkles away.
Huh! Childhood memories. I still remember Kondas at my friend Saher’s house, her mother was an expert in making Pooris, tarkari, kheer and Tikkiyan. Tikkiyan I always love to eat. Here is the recipe which I have learned from my Relative Nusrat Mati. Recipe is very easy and you can keep dough in freezer or fridge for a week. Even I have experimented by putting tikkiyas in freezer after cutting them in shape and place on a plastic sheet. Freeze. Just thaw before frying.

Dust flour on surface and roll the dough.
